Steps

  1. Open BiteFlex.
  2. Tap the plus button.
  3. Take a new photo or choose one or more photos from your library.
  4. Add a short caption that describes the bite.
  5. Add a place when the bite is tied to a restaurant or food spot.
  6. Add price, category, and hashtags when those fields are available.
  7. Review your post, then share it.
  8. Check Home to confirm the new bite appears.

  • Use clear food photos with enough light.
  • Add the place when the bite belongs to a restaurant or cafe.
  • Keep captions short and useful.
  • Use categories and hashtags to make your bite easier to discover.

Troubleshooting

If a photo does not appear, check photo permissions and try again. If posting fails, check your connection, keep the app open, and retry before sending a support report.
